Where are your products manufactured?
We are committed to sourcing & producing our t-shirts in the US and always printing them in Oregon. Our hats are currently produced in Canada.
We practiceΒ conscious capitalism. As a brand, we don't outsource as a business strategy to any country (esp. autocratic) with low environmental, labor, and/or wage standards just to maximize profits.
How do you track and distribute donations?
We use a 3rd party service called Conscious Cart, which is embedded in our checkout page. They independently facilitate all disbursements to our environmental partners.
What are Suggested Giveback Partners?
Every collection has as aΒ Suggested Giveback PartnerΒ based on their related activism to the concept of the assortment. They will be the default charity selected in your cart for items in that collection.
*As we expand, you will be able to update the charity option to an alternative associated environmental partner on any order.*
Orders + Shipping
What is Checkout+ via Redo?
We now offer return and package protection for all orders through Redo called Checkout+, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Checkout+ with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE. Checkout+ via Redo covers all items in the cart and you do not need to purchase Checkout+ for each individual item.This small fee guarantees that any lost, damaged, or stolen deliveries not received by the customer will be refunded or replaced.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.Β We do our best to ship your order the following business day after you have made your purchase.Β
Our business hours do not include Fridays, weekends, or holidays. Orders made on Friday will ship Monday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping time normally takes 3-5 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Returns and Refunds
What is Natural Mystery Club's Refund Policy?
You may return new, unworn merchandise in its original condition withinΒ 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. In the case that we are sold out of product, an exchange for a new item may be applied.
If you choose not to buy Checkout+ via Redo at checkout, or would like a full refund, you can still return items, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label. We also charge a $9.00 return handling fee for orders that are returned for a refund. This $9.00 is deducted from the refund amount.
